How to Get Devil's Heart
The Devil's Heart is required for hybrid transformation surgery. There are three ways to obtain one. You can also earn Yen through Division missions to purchase hearts.
World Spawn
Devil's Hearts spawn randomly in the game world every 30 minutes. Keep an eye out in common areas.
Cooldown: 30 minutes
Purchase from Nurse
Buy directly from the Nurse NPC at the Hospital for 10,000 Yen.
Cost: 10,000 Yen
Weekly Quest
Complete Ito's weekly heart quest for a guaranteed Devil's Heart reward.

Surgery Process
Gather Required Items
Obtain one Devil's Heart and prepare 10,000 Yen for the surgery cost.
Visit the Hospital
Navigate to the Hospital building in the game world. The Nurse NPC is located inside.
Speak with Nurse NPC
Interact with the Nurse to initiate the Devil's Heart transplant surgery procedure.
Confirm Surgery
Confirm the surgery when prompted. The hybrid type you receive is random.
Activate Transformation
After successful surgery, press L to activate your hybrid transformation.
